Family Mini Album Scrapbook

This is a quick little family mini album project made by Kelly. She used the Purse accordion album kit made by 7gypsies. This fabulous purse kit comes complete with a small chipboard purse, two chipboard coins, a length of black ribbon and an eight page fold out accordion mini album. The eight page concertina book proved to be just the right amount of pages for a family of four keepsake. One double layout for each member. You can always use the 6 pages on the reverse side if you need to.
Scrapbook techniques and ideas
The papers used are from the Laurel range of Scenic Route papers. Lots of Prima flowers and bling used as well as chipboard frames from lil davis. The Chipboard insert was inked with black pigment ink around the edges and on the front flap of the purse. Patterned paper used on the front cover. Lots of buttons were used along with prima flowers from the petal poetry range plus a few brads here and there.

Tip
The accordion purse fits nicely inside the album so long as you don't use too many lumpy bumpy embellishments.
Try cutting out pieces from the purse to make it see through for a different effect.
