Pet Adoption Scrapbooking Mini Album
I actually made this adoption scrapbooking album for a week-long mini-album challenge. It is a simple paper bag album to document how my family came into having all the pets we have over the last several years -- their adoption stories.
Adoption Mini Album Scrapbook
Materials:
-
- Lunch-sized paper bag
-
- Autumn Leaves Savannah Collection cardstock and pattern papers
-
- Cricut / Tear Drop cartridge
-
- Miscellaneous stickers
-
- Autumn Leaves journaling stamp
-
- Chocolate pigment ink
-
- Hole punch
I decided because I had so many pictures but only wanted to have on actual page
per pet to keep the bags full-length size to accommodate large tags.
For the title page, I used my cricut to cut out simple title letters. I cut out
a lot of patterns from my papers as embellishment for the pages to keep them
flat. All of my journaling is done on coordinating cardstock and tells the story
of obtaining that pet. Tags are included inside of the bags -- some are small
and "normal" in size, others are a 4x6" picture on a photo mat. The entire album
has been tied together with a satin cording (cut much longer than necessary)
which will allow me to add to it later with little issue.
